- Can you just repair my gutter instead of replacing it?
- Often yes. If the profile is sound and only joints or brackets have failed, a repair is the sensible spend and we'll say so.
- How often should gutters be cleared?
- Once a year for most homes, twice if you have trees close by. It is by far the cheapest way to avoid damp walls.
- Do you cap over old timber or replace it?
- We strip rotten timber out. Capping over wet wood hides the problem for a couple of years and then costs you twice.
