- How often should gutters be cleared?
- Once a year for most Braintree houses, twice where there are overhanging trees — ideally late autumn once the leaves are down.
- How long does UPVC guttering last?
- Typically 20–25 years. Seals and brackets tend to fail before the gutter itself, and both are replaceable without renewing the whole run.
- Can you replace guttering without scaffolding?
